No contact, no sparring, no worries. 13 to 60, Everyone is welcome. And you can relax in our bar afterwards and watch Eastenders with a cuppa! Ladies only Thai Boxing: For those girls who fancy training with a bit more Oomph! No sparring or fighting unless you want to. All the drills, all the techniques.
